Our goal is to provide hlgh quality service at a reasonable price. We sell no new equipment. Our interest is In repairing what you already own, rather than hard selling you something new. If an Item is not cost effective to repair, we will be the first to say so. All work is done on site, rather than "farm out" service as some do. We answer the phones, and walt on clients personally.Owned by an Audiophile and Electrical Engineer, Austin Stereo takes special Interest in high performance audio. Austin stereo is a fine example of old austin. Great personably experience, bought a refurbished 70s technics, sounds great in my living room. Joes' the guy at the counter, good dude!

Thank God for vintage stereo repair shops like Austin Stereo. My 45 year old Dual 1214 apparently didn't like the move from Dal-Kerrville, so these guys made her well and for a reasonable price...
