I see others posting that they have had articles lost or damaged. I hope like the devil that when I pick up my 12 pieces of laundry including two suits that I dont experience any of these...

Not clear on their prices. They tell you dry cleaning a shirt is $4 when it is actually $5 in total cost. When you question them about their price manipulation they are curt, not very respectful....

Johnson's dry cleaning has destroyed my $350 jacket and will make no attempt to repair the damage. I don't recommend their service.
