I would not use this tailor. I went in to have a formal skirt shortened quite a few inches from ankle length. I put on the entire outfit including shoes so that I could clearly see what length...

I love this place. They are quick and good at doing alterations. I have never had a problem with dresses, slacks or shorts that she has not been able to alter for me.
